Shipping Policy

At Thirdseer, each candle is hand-poured with care in Austin, Texas. We want your order to arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping will be added in the future.)

  • Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days once shipped.

Warm Weather Notice

Our candles are made with natural soy wax and pure essential oils. During warmer months, candles may soften or sweat in transit. If this happens, place your candle in a cool room for a few hours before burning—it will not affect performance.

Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to send a replacement or issue store credit.

  • For lost packages, please check your tracking number first. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, reach out to us so we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
